Minister - Rev. Douglas Vogel

Rev. Douglas Vogel, an ordained minister in the Free Methodist Church, has officiated over one-hundred weddings throughout his ministry. From 1986-2006, he pastored in the Free Methodist Church as a youth, associate, and senior pastor. He has also conducted over fifty pre-marital counseling sessions using the Enrich-Prepare Program. He graduated from Taylor University (B.A., Bible Literature, ’83), Asbury Theological Seminary (M.Div., ’87), and IPFW (Transition-to-Teaching Elementary program, ’08). He presently serves as the chaplain and a social services associate at Ft. Wayne’s The Towne House Retirement Community on St. Joe Center Road since Feb. 2007. He has been married to his college sweetheart Lynelle since 1982, and they have three children: Caleb, Marisa, and Miriam. They live in Winona Lake, Indiana.
